What if....

  1. What if you were accused of murder and you had no memory that you did or how it happened?
  2. What if you woke up in jail in a state of confusion, sick and distraught, surrounded by strangers, with nobody to talk to and explain what happened?
  3. What would you do if your entire life, your wife, children, family, home, job, your possessions and everything that was “normal” to you was gone?
  4. What would you do if the victim’s family told your young innocent children from the ages of twelve, eleven, and seven years old that their father never loved them, when you were there for every second of their life?
  5. What would you do if the prosecutor’s, the victim’s family and the media lied and sensationalized all the facts to ensure a conviction?
  6. What if you spent the last 14 years of your life riddled with guilt, being called a murder and believing that you killed your wife, the mother of your children and your life long friend since seventh grade, for no apparent reason?
  7. What would you do if you just found-out that all of this happened because you took a prescribed medication from your trusted family doctor that was supposed to make you feel better, but it made you violent and crazy?

Well, this is the nightmare that Kenneth Gray has to live every day of his life. He has spent the last fourteen years of his life in anguish wondering why all of this has happened to him. Now, the doctor’s and a new DNA test (DNA tests don’t lie) prove that it wasn’t Kenny’s fault. Please read more below and donate if possible.

In the beginning...

Kenny Gray was born on June 13th 1971, an all-american boy who grew up in a small town in the state of Illinois. He was a very popular and well-liked person all throughout his school years. He was an All-County and All Conference athlete, attended college and he was very active in the community. Kenny had many friends, no history of violence and absolutely no criminal record.

Fast forward to September 25th 2005, Kenny was a hardworking Father and provider for his family. He even built a new home for his family in Oakwood, Illinois, on thirteen acres that he bought from his wife’s grandmother. On the date above, Kenny went to the morning church service like he had so many Sundays before. A few hours after that, he returned to his home, the lives of many were changed forever. Kenny shot and killed his wife of thirteen years and attempted to kill himself for no apparent reason.

At this time, many who knew Kenny believe that something happened to him mentally and physically that resulted in the shooting. Unfortunately, no one could pinpoint why this happened. In the past fourteen years - family, friends, lawyers, myself and others have searched for answers, because this was so out of character for this man. After intense investigation and irrefutable scientific DNA testing, the answers have finally been found: Please help Kenny. If this could happen to him, it could happen to you or anyone.

If you can give, even one, five or ten dollars, will help our cause, help Kenny get justice and get him the help he needs to bring him home. Thank you for taking the time to read upon Kenny’s story!
